Impossible to miss! Our boutique Aix&terra is situated in a small street overlooking the Place Richelme. The oldest square in town, “dou Marcat” (“of the market” in Provencal), houses numerous treasures of Aix’s patrimony : la Halle aux Grains, the Arbaud Hotel with its atlantes sculpted by Rambot, the house in which the moralist Vauvenargues was born, as well as the Fontaine du Sanglier, a replica of the celebrated “II Porcellino” in Florence.

The square is also home to a lively daily Provencal market. Colours, scents and laughter… a refined and joyful atmosphere, reflecting the art of living typical to the south, reigns under the ardent sunshine or in the shade of the century-old plain trees.

With its warm tones and its chic and glamorous designer décor, the Aix&terra Delicatessen is a sought-after stopover for gourmets from Provence and all horizons, who keenly add our delicious fare to their shopping baskets. Original recipes with surprising flavours : Grilled Aubergine Riste, Poppy Preserve, Forest Strawberry Jam with AOC Coteaux d’Aix en Provence Rosé wine, Caramel Cream with Fleur de Sel de Camargue.

In summer, Aix&terra is a hit with its traditional ice-cream cart situated in front of the boutique. Young and old rush to savour amazing ice cream flavours such as basil, Calissons, Senga strawberries.
