The pepper cream is made from fresh red peppers. The peppers are first roasted to bring out their full flavour. They are then mixed with onion, mustard and almonds to add a little crunch to this fine and tasty preparation. A pinch of herbes de Provence will give you the typical flavours of the south.
Perfect on toast, in dip sauce, as an accompaniment to pasta or fish, even in pie crust.
