Playing on contrasts of flavours, we combine the powerful scents of the tuber melanosporum with the sweetness of honey. Elaborated in the Alpes de Haute Provence, acacia honey blends with finely chopped black truffle to sublimate the taste of this subtle blend.
It goes well with poultry, duck breasts, a Vercors blue cheese, a tomme de brebis or toasted bread.
