The recipe

We have selected one of the best white balsamic condiments, working on a maceration of organic orange peels to give it the flavours of the south. A surprising taste with citrus notes, elaborated with passion and macerated for several weeks in our artisanal factory in the Drôme Provençale with quality raw materials.

The Aix&Terra must

A product committed to our environment. Nothing is lost, as the maceration is made from orange peels, oranges used in the recipe for Organic Orange Marmalade.

How to use it

A seasoning that will accompany many recipes. In a tasty tabbouleh or simply as a dressing in a seasonal salad. A hot meat in a reduction of juice for autumn-winter evenings. As a dessert in a rolled biscuit with organic IGP Corsican clementine jam!
