How to use it
On a foie gras for your festive aperitifs. It can be used to accompany poultry (especially duck), a roast duck, a leg of lamb or simply with a cheese platter.
Composition
Figs (45%), cane sugar, onions, balsamic vinegar (6%) (sulphite), white wine vinegar (sulphite), olive oil, salt, herbes de Provence, gelling agent: pectin.
