The recipe
Chocolate cream, marrons glacés, made with Valrhona chocolate and chestnut ice cream from Ardèche. This unique spread is made in an artisanal way with Valrhona dark and milk chocolate, chestnut cream and glazed chestnut chips in syrup.
The Aix&Terra must
A creamy alliance where the full-bodied taste of chocolate meets the candied and slightly vanilla flavors of Ardèche chestnuts, whose fine flakes give the cream a texture that is both melting and crispy.
How to use it
The chocolate cream, marrons glacés is delicious on a pogne de la Drôme, a croissant, a crepe, a waffle, a pancake or simply with a spoon!
