After the success of the Cream of Parmesan with Menton lemon, discover now its alliance with the Summer Truffle. A new recipe based on summer truffle to sublimate the Parmesan PDO and bring greediness as much in spreadable for the aperitif as in sauce, hot or cold. Noble artisanal products, manufactured in our factory in Saulce-sur-Rhône, in Drôme Provençale.

How to use it

To be enjoyed in a sauce with a soft-boiled organic egg, a Label Rouge raviole from Saint Jean, a small spelt risotto with asparagus, etc. Also as an appetizer or starter. On a toast of smoked salmon, spread with Parmesan cream with summer truffles, sprinkled with arugula and Parmesan shavings.
