We carefully select our olives from our local producers and in particular the tench olive from the Baronnies (Nyons), in greater Provence. The Tapenade is the perfect meeting between black olives (gorged with the Provencal sun, pitted and finely chopped) and capers and Provencal herbs. The union of these ingredients gives a sweet and rich taste at the same time.
