Eggplant caviar is a great classic of Mediterranean cuisine and is presented in the truffle aperitif & truffle olive oil duo box. The combination of aubergines with truffle, the black diamond of Provence, makes this product a refined and luxurious version. Sold singly or in braid, garlic enhances the taste of your preparations thanks to its natural aromas. Julien Allano and Marina Alibert had the idea of associating it with the summer truffle of Provence. The whole of this mixture makes it possible to have a unique, balanced and very tasty product. Finally, in this box, the Tanche des Barronies (Nyons) olive oil, made by hand with black olives and decorated with a Black Truffle tuber melanosporum from Provence. This bottle blends the powerful scents of tuber melanosporum and the fruity flavours of Provencal olives. An ideal gift set to enhance and season your dishes, such as a risotto, a homemade mashed potato!
How to use it
