The recipe
The Manufacture aix&terra has selected one of the best organic balsamic vinegars in the world, aged 15 years in barrels (5 gold medals). Made exclusively from grape must, its production is limited and requires great patience. This also justifies its price.
The Aix&Terra must
The consistency of a 15 year old balsamic vinegar is much more syrupy than a 4 year old. It is more intense and has a long finish.
How to use it
A seasoning that will accompany many recipes: as a starter on a mozzarella di bufala, on a pan-fried foie gras. A light drizzle of balsamic vinegar on a risotto with sweet garlic cream and summer truffles, for example.
Composition
Ingredients : grape must*, wine vinegar* (sulphites).
Store in a cool and dry place - Best before the end of the year (see on the bottle).
