4 egg yolks
150 g flour
150 g caster sugar
290 g of Chocolate cream with Montélimar Nougat aix&terra
45 ml semi-skimmed milk
150 g dark chocolate
Separate the yolks from the whites. Blanch the yolks with half the sugar and add the flour. Beat the whites with the other half of the sugar. Gently mix the two preparations with a spatula. Pour the mixture into a baking tray with an oiled sheet of baking paper. Bake at 180° for 8 to 10 minutes.
After baking, prepare a clean, damp tea towel and place your biscuit on it, carefully removing the baking paper. Roll up the biscuit with the cloth. Leave to cool for 15 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate and the milk in a bain-marie. Leave to stand at room temperature. Unroll the biscuit and spread the Chocolate cream with Montélimar Nougat aix&terra. Roll it again and cover it with the dark chocolate ganache. Decorate to taste.
