720 g multicoloured old tomatoes
4 Burrata cheese 100 g
20 g arugula
80 g of Organic green tapenade aix&terra
4 ml ofOrganic basil olive oil aix&terra
4 ml of Vinegar with tomato pulp and basil aix&terra
60 g country-style bread
Salt and pepper.
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing theOrganic basil olive oil aix&terra and the Vinegar with tomato pulp and basil aix&terra. Wash the rocket. Set aside in a cool place.
Slice the colourful heirloom tomatoes into quarters and season with the vinaigrette, salt and pepper. Toast the bread and spread with the dressing. Organic green tapenade aix&terra.
To prepare the dish, place the multicoloured heirloom tomatoes, the organic green tapenade toast and the burrata on the plate. Add a few rocket and basil leaves.
