600 g sea bream fillet
80 g ofOrganic lemon olive oil aix&terra
40 g of Tomato and basil vinegar aix&terra
40 g red onions
80 g cherry tomatoes
60 g radish
40 g lemon juice
Salt - pepper
To make this sea bream ceviche, start by peeling and cutting the onions into very thin strips. Slice the radishes into thin strips. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Wash and remove the leaves from the coriander. Using a sharp knife, slice the fish. Set aside in a cool place.
Prepare the marinade with theOrganic lemon olive oil aix&terra and the Tomato and basil vinegar aix&terra.
In a bowl, mix the sea bream with the red onions and tomatoes. Pour the lemon juice over the fish. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the preparation between the plates. Pour in the Organic Lemon Olive Oil and Tomato Basil Vinegar marinade. Arrange the
coriander leaves, sliced radishes and lemon zest
