120 g of Organic chilli pepper poichade aix&terra
Organic lemon olive oil aix&terra
400 g zucchini
200 g romanesco cabbage
200 g carrots
40 ml lemon juice + zest
Strands of chives
Salt - pepper
Mix the lemon juice withOrganic lemon olive oil aix&terra. Cut the vegetables into julienne strips and the Romanesco cabbage into small quarters and mix with the marinade. Keep in a cool place.
Preheat the oven to 180° C. Cook the cod with a little organic lemon olive oil, salt and pepper for 8 minutes.
Arrange the marinated vegetables on the plate, along with two quenelles of Organic chilli pepper poichade aix&terra. Add the fish, on which you pour a drizzle of organic lemon olive oil, some lemon zest and chopped chives.
