Ingredients
220 g of Aix&terra lemon cream
50 g liquid cream 35 %
Preparation
Blend the liquid cream in a food processor with 100g of Aix&terra lemon cream...until it foams.
Place 30g of lemon cream in a glass jar at the bottom, followed by 120g of mousse.

You can also replace the Lemon Cream with the Cream of caramel, fleur de sel de Camargue aix&terra.
