200 g large shell-shaped filling pasta ("Lumaconi")
1 jar ofOrganic artichonade aix&terra
150 g of brousse or ricotta cheese
A few tomato preserves
A dash ofOrganic basil olive oil aix&terra
Salt - Pepper
Cook the pasta". al dente "Drain them and let them cool. Drain and leave to cool.
Mix theOrganic artichonade aix&terra and the bush. Season with salt and pepper. Fill a piping bag with the filling and fill the cooled pasta.
Cut the tomato confit into strips and arrange them on the pasta. Drizzle with olive oil and serve as an aperitif with wooden skewers.
If you don't have a piping bag, put your filling in a freezer bag and cut a small opening in one of the corners so that you can stuff your bush pasta easily.
