120g of Cream of Parmesan with Menton lemon aix&terra
40g of liquid cream 30 %
Gently heat in a saucepan the Cream of Parmesan with Menton lemon aix&terra and liquid cream 30 %.
Plunge the ravioli Saint John Label Rouge in boiling water and remove after 60 seconds of cooking.
Mix your ravioli with the prepared sauce, season with pepper and salt and serve.
For even more deliciousness, you can add a tablespoon of aix&terra Cream of Parmesan and Menton Lemon and a few shavings of Parmesan to your dish.
You can also combine your ravioli Saint-Jean with l'Artichonade bio aix&terraat the Aix&terra organic dried tomato delightat the Aix&terra organic pepper saladetc. In this case, do not mix them with the liquid cream.
Make ravioli with Olive oil and black truffle aix&terra ! Simply mix them with black truffle olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan shavings.
