800 g Label Rouge ravioli Saint John
40 g liquid cream 30 %
Gently heat in a saucepan the Cream of sweet garlic and summer truffle aix&terra and liquid cream 30 %.
Plunge the ravioli Saint John Label rouge in boiling water and remove after 90 seconds.
Mix your ravioli with the prepared sauce, season with pepper and salt and serve.
For even more deliciousness, you can add a tablespoon of Aix&Terra Sweet Garlic and Summer Truffle Cream and a few shavings of Parmesan cheese to your ravioli dish.
