Ceviche of sea bream Organic lemon olive oil, tomato and basil vinegar aix&terra
Peel and cut the onions into very thin strips. Slice the radishes into thin strips. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Wash and remove the leaves from the coriander. Using a sharp knife, slice the fish. Set aside in a cool place.
In a bowl, mix the sea bream with the red onions and tomatoes. Pour the lemon juice over the fish. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the preparation between the plates. Pour in the Organic Lemon Olive Oil and Tomato Basil Vinegar marinade. Arrange the
coriander leaves, sliced radishes and lemon zest
