100 g of Organic chilli pepper poichade aix&terra
20 g ofOrganic lemon olive oil aix&terra
60 g of Raspberry pulp vinegar aix&terra
80 g mesclun salad
1 zucchini
8 cherry tomatoes
200 g of Petit billy
120 g drained snow peas
240 g small spelt from Ventoux
60 g of green pepper
20 g of red onions
½ Cucumber
Salt and pepper.
Wash and cook the spelt in water for at least an hour (add salt at the end).
Dice green pepper, cucumber and tomatoes. Chop the onion very finely. Mix all the vegetables and the spelt with the Raspberry pulp vinegar aix&terra and theOrganic lemon olive oil aix&terra.
Cut thin slices of courgette with a mandolin and marinate in a little olive oil. Cook the snow peas in a salted pan for 2 minutes and cool them down.
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the aix&terra Organic Lemon Olive Oil and the aix&terra Raspberry Pulp Vinegar.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Arrange in the shape of a Buddah bowl and add a quenelle of Organic chilli pepper poichade aix&terra.
The organic chilli pepper adds flavour to the salad and gives it a nice balance of taste!
For a vinaigrette or to deglaze red meat.
