Our school
Created in 2021, the aix&terra Chefs' School welcomes partner chefs and their teams to the Manufacture aix&terra, to exchange, train and support them on a sunny cuisine with locavore and organic products.
A school directed by Vincent Faure, Aix&Terra executive chef and Julien Allano, starred chef of the Clair de la Plumesponsor and partner of the Ecole des chefs.
Since 2022, the Ecole des Chefs has been offering cooking courses available to individuals and companies (seminars, team building, after work).

In this new location, the Ecole des Chefs offers you culinary workshops sun, locavore and organic products. The aix&terra school welcomes its students in the heart of its large open kitchen, dedicated to learning and experimentation.
