Our school
Created in 2021, the aix&terra Chefs' School welcomes partner chefs and their teams to the Manufacture aix&terra, to exchange, train and support them on a sunny cuisine with locavore and organic products.
The school is run by Vincent Faure, executive chef at Aix & Terra, and Julien Allano, patron and partner of the Ecole des Chefs.
Since 2022, the Ecole des Chefs has been offering cooking courses available to individuals and companies (seminars, team building, after work).
