How to use it

With the Prestige 100 % organic aix&terra box, here are some recipes to concoct: Tomato gazpacho, organic black tapenade and organic basil olive oil. Organic soft-boiled egg with organic tarragon porcini cream, spinach and mushrooms. The Provençal sweet aioli and its small vegetables. A Mediterranean classic. Fruit salad with organic orange marmalade. You can also combine the organic orange marmalade with a foie gras.

Composition

Organic black tapenade: black olives (81%)*, olive oil*, capers*, pepper*, thyme*. Porcini mushroom cream with organic tarragon: porcini mushrooms (21 %)*, shallots, sunflower oil, garlic, liquid cream (milk), porcini mushroom juice, tarragon (0.8 %)*, salt. Organic basil olive oil: French virgin olive oil (100%), natural flavouring from basil maceration. Organic sweet aioli: garlic (16,5 %), mayonnaise, fennel, potato, salt, pepper. Organic orange marmalade: orange* (70%), cane sugar* (44,97g for 100g), lemon juice*. *Ingredients from organic farming. Keep refrigerated after opening.
