Niçoise Salad with organic black tapenade aix&terra
200g of Organic black tapenade aix&terra
160g of tuna
20 anchovy fillets
140g of green beans
20 cherry tomatoes
4 hard-boiled eggs
4 slices of bread
Flower of salt of Camargue - pepper.
Place the salad in the centre of the plate and add the tuna, green beans, anchovies (5 per plate), cherry tomatoes (5 per plate) cut in half and hard-boiled eggs cut in 4.
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing 3 tablespoons ofOrganic olive oil and garlic IGP de la Drôme aix&terra with 3 tablespoons of Aix&terra tomato basil vinegar. Gently season the whole salad and add a few grains of fleur de sel de Camargue.
Toast the slices of bread, spread them with the Organic black tapenade aix&terra and cut the sandwich widthwise into three pieces (like a mouillette). Place the mouillettes in the centre of the plate and serve.
