The recipe

The aperitif tapas made in France! A recipe rich in history and flavour with organic courgettes produced by Romain in the beautiful Drôme region in a family business handed down from father to son, and sun-drenched organic almonds from a producers' cooperative in the South of France.

The Aix&Terra must

This is a fresh and flavourful combination of courgette, crunchy almond and subtle spices (a touch of cumin).

How to use it

The Organic Courgette Delight with almonds will accompany many recipes. As an aperitif on a slice of bread with a few shavings of parmesan, as a starter in an aubergine millefeuille, with fish cooked at low temperature or with white meat cooked on the BBQ on a summer's evening. And of course, in a sauce on our Label Rouge ravioli from the French Pastier Saint-Jean.
