Our recipe ideas: in a tartlet with a Montélimar Nougat Chocolate Cream tart base, topped with homemade granola. In melting cookies, also with Speculoos Crisp Chocolate Cream. Or simply on a pancake or waffle, as a ganache for macaroons, etc.
Ingredients : milk chocolate (52.75%) (brown cane sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, vanilla extract, emulsifier : soya lecithin), Montélimar Chabert & Guillot nougat cream (34.28%) (roasted blanched almonds, sugar, glucose syrup, honey, natural vanilla flavouring, unleavened bread (potato starch) egg), rapeseed oil, nougat chips (2.43%) (roasted blanched almonds, sugar, glucose syrup, honey, natural vanilla flavour, unleavened bread (potato starch), egg).
