The recipe

After selecting a quality mayonnaise with natural flavour and colour, we added a few slices of summer truffle. The result is a subtle blend of the taste of mayonnaise and the real flavour of truffles: a perfect balance!

How to use it

Recipe ideas: beef tataki, white fish aioli, grilled meats, potato salad. Some even dare to try it with fresh chips!

Composition
