The recipe

Fleshy and fruity raspberries, which are combined with organic Menton Lemon, a rare citrus fruit grown by a few enthusiasts. The Menton lemon is famous for its naturally sweet pulp, more intense flavors and moderate acidity, it is the delight of star chefs.

The Aix&Terra must

A sensual creation with tangy perfumes, to be enjoyed on toast with a touch of Camargue salt butter.

How to use it

On toasted bread with a touch of Camargue salt butter. This jam can be eaten simply in a yogurt, on a pancake, in a rolled cake or on a cheesecake. Recipe idea: tartlet with organic Raspberry and Lemon of Menton Jam.
