The recipe

To celebrate the Morel, a mushroom that has been eaten for centuries, aix&terra has come up with a recipe with the flavour of Provence!

The Aix&Terra must

The morel is mixed with cream, which brings an unctuousness, linked to a Côte de Provence, which in turn enhances the preparation thanks to its sifted notes.

How to use it

In a sauce with ravioli from the Drôme or pasta, with a tender tournedos... Imagine this cream of Morel Côtes de Provence in a sauce to accompany your poultry supreme perfectly!

Composition

Morel extra (20 %), shallots, sunflower oil, organic dry white wine AOC Côtes de Provence (7 %), liquid cream (milk), morel juice, salt, pepper. Keep in a cool place after opening.
