The recipe
This Aix-en-Provence olive oil is distinguished by its pronounced, fruity taste. Produced by cold pressing, this blend of Aglandau (Bouches-du-Rhône) and Salonenque (Salon-de-Provence) green olives gives notes of artichoke, hazelnut and almond.
The Aix&Terra must
Cold pressing, without any chemical treatment, produces a coloured oil with a distinctive smell and distinct olive flavour.
How to use it
Recipe ideas: simply drizzle over heirloom tomatoes and burrata. Recipe from l'Ecole des Chefs aix&terra : Pan-fried porcini mushrooms with a little of our Camargue salt and black truffle.
Composition
A blend of Aglandau and Salonenque olives. Store in a cool, dry place - Best before the end of the year (see label).
