Description

Julien Allano, a starred chef, often comes to the Manufacture - of which he is the patron - to cook with Marina Alibert and her teams.

The recipe

Fresh basil is mixed with cream and finely ground Parmesan PDO to obtain a cream with a light, creamy texture and a summery flavour.

The Aix&Terra must

Julien Allano, a Michelin-starred chef, often comes to the Manufacture - of which he is the godfather - to cook with Marina Alibert and her teams as a neighbour and friend. Today, the Manufacture and Julien Allano are anchoring their collaboration with the creation of a range of sauces and condiments called "Julien Allano by aix&terra".

How to use it

To be enjoyed as an aperitif on toast or in a dip sauce. Slightly heated in the microwave or in a bain marie, it can also be served with fresh pasta, ravioli or risotto.
