The sardine is first boned by hand at the Manufacture, and then mixed with natural ingredients without colouring agents or preservatives. The powerful flavour of the Mediterranean sardine is softened with fresh cream and the candied lemon brings freshness to the recipe, with a hint of garlic and parsley.
Julien Allano, the starred godfather, recommends sardinade on a heart of lettuce with a little lemon!
It is a recipe that always respects the intense taste of the ingredients and goes very well as an aperitif. Why not use it as a base for your quiche or pie. This spreadable cream can be eaten on toast for an aperitif, in a glass, as an accompaniment to raw vegetables with a glass of Condrieu white wine or an organic Côtes-du-Luberon vintage, from Château la Verrerie* for example.
