Organic products, carefully prepared in our Provençal workshops, such as black olives from Nyons in Tapenade, roasted red peppers in Poivronade, fresh courgettes from the Drôme in Délice de courgettes aux amandes Bio, IGP garlic from the Drôme in Pickles d'Ail Shoyu and dried tomatoes in Délice de tomate.
Black tapenade: Black olives (81%), olive oil, capers, pepper, thyme.
