Following a call for projects launched by the Arboresens agency, which manages the Élysée Présidence de la République brand, aix&terra was chosen to promote French culinary craftsmanship through iconic recipes (more information in the attached press release).
For the Organic Black Tapenade, we carefully select our olives from local producers, in particular the Tanche olive from Nyons. The perfect blend of black olives (bursting with Provençal sunshine, pitted and finely chopped), capers and Provençal herbs.
