Niçoise Salad with organic black tapenade aix&terra
200g of Organic black tapenade aix&terra
160g of tuna
20 anchovy fillets
140g of green beans
20 cherry tomatoes
4 hard-boiled eggs
4 slices of bread
Flower of salt of Camargue - pepper.
To make this Salade Niçoise, place the salad in the centre of the plate and add the tuna, green beans, anchovies (5 per plate), cherry tomatoes (5 per plate) cut in half and hard-boiled eggs cut in 4.
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing 3 tablespoons ofOrganic olive oil and garlic IGP de la Drôme aix&terra with 3 tablespoons of Aix&terra tomato basil vinegar. Gently season the whole salad and add a few grains of fleur de sel de Camargue.
Toast the slices of bread, spread them with the Organic black tapenade aix&terra and cut the sandwich widthwise into three pieces (like a mouillette). Place the mouillettes in the centre of the plate and serve.
