4 courgettes
100 g fresh goat cheese
70 g of Olive and apple jam aix&terra
10 cl ofOrganic lemon olive oil aix&terra
1 teaspoon caster sugar
Salt - Pepper
To make this recipe for Green Makis, preheat your oven to 180°.
Wash the courgettes and cut them lengthways into thin slices. Place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Brush them withOrganic lemon olive oil aix&terra.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and a little powdered sugar. Roast the slices in the oven for about 20 minutes.
When they are cooked, leave them to cool on a plate. On each slice, place a small spoonful of fresh goat's cheese and a dab of Olive and apple jam aix&terra. Roll each slice on itself and arrange it upright on a serving dish. Set aside in the fridge before serving these mini green sushi as an aperitif.

This recipe for Green Makis can also be made with oven-roasted aubergine slices in the same way. However, make sure that the thickness of the slices is even so that some slices are not overcooked in comparison to others.
