200 g country-style bread
100 g of Aix&terra organic pepper salad
40 g chorizo
60 g courgette
100 g mesclun salad
20 ml ofOrganic lemon olive oil aix&terra
100 g fresh goat cheese
Make chorizo chips by baking them in the oven between two trays and two sheets of baking paper at 180°c for a few minutes. They should be crispy.
Cut courgette strips lengthwise with a mandolin. Form into rolls with the fresh goat cheese inside. Wash the mesclun salad.
Cut the slices of bread at an angle when preparing the dish. Toast in the oven for a few minutes. Spread with Aix&terra organic pepper salad. Arrange the courgette rolls and the chorizo chips.
Put the mesclun and the dressing of your choice in a bowl and mix. Drizzle withOrganic lemon olive oil aix&terra. Serve together.
